It has been awhile since someone posted all the manufacturer cross-references for oil filters for the Scrambler 500 (and the other 500s, I assume). Here is what I have. If you know of others, please add them to the list.

There is also a Bosch filter available, which I use all the time. It is available at AutoZone... I don't remember the part # but I know it is the same that the mid 90's Subaru Justy 3 cylinder uses.

The Magnum models need the shorter filters to fit under the side panels.

 

TBlazer, yes the TrailBoss can use the longer filter. I use the Fram 7317 on mine.
