first remove the inner part of the valve stem so more air can flow through faster then use some sort of light oil and spread it around the tire where it should seal if you are still having problems use a rope around the tire and put it in the middle use a bar or something to tighten it. it should push the tire apart a bit.

Along with removing the stem to move more air..

Try taking a ratcheting strap around the middle of the tire and ratchet it tight. The pressure on the middle of the tire will push the beads out.

Yes, special tools. A match and some starting fluid. Spray the starting spray (Ether) inside the tire and then throw a lit match into it. The lighter fluid will explode and when it's all said and done your tire will be firmly seated on the bead.

The above trick works.. just stand back some when you throw the match, and wear some eye protection.. Ive seen to much ether cause a tire to shrapnel..

I wouldn't do the either trick either. I always take a 6 pack to the local dealer and get the guys to use their tire machine. Best $3.50 ever spent.
