I am looking at some boots, what is a good low cost boot. I seen some up to $269. I am looking to spend about $150 or less. My nephew foot will still grow. How are the Oneal Element do they hold up or fall apart? Or input on any of the low cost boots pos. or neg. on them. Thanks for the help.
