Anyone had problems with a Foreman 4X4 rearend?

Looking at a 99 Foreman S 450 that the rear driveshaft is spinning freely and not turning the rear wheels. HELP!!!

How about checking the oil in the rear diff, if no oil, chunks or sparkles come out that'd be bad, otherwise it may just be the joint up near the motor.

Mine did that at about 12000 miles, new ring and pinion, and a axle and a $550 bill that the extended warentee picked up.
