IF YOU BUY DOUGLAS .190 WHEELS I have been told by tread depot that to use them on the rear of a 500 sportsman you have to have longer wheel studs I dont know if this applies to your machine but I called douglas wheels and they acknowledged this problem and trust me I have yet to find longer studs for a polaris!

Polaris wheel studs are grade 5. I just upgraded (lengthened) all mine with Titanium units....I know, not for everyone....but you should be able to find the correct close tolerance fit from a good hardware source. Minimum grade 5, a bonus with grade 8. Aviation maint. rules apply, have at least two threads protruding out the nut.

Good Luck,
KT
