One of the most trouble-free machines that Polaris makes. Shaft drive is bullet proof.

For the money, it is an excellent 4x4 that will go just about anywhere, and some places I shouldn't. I have thoroughly enjoyed owning mine but am selling it to get the new Prairie 650 so I can have a little more sportiness.

I am happy with mine, yes it is on the slow side but what I use it for it is fine. On the trails around here it will keep up with all the other utility quads. top speed is just ubout 40.

In the mud it does fine I have had it in mud the consistancy of puord concrete up to the floor boards wallowing around with out getting stuck.
Only had it stuck once where I had to use the winch, that was on a log, BIG log.

I don't have one but my riding buddy does. He likes it. He has got'n it stuck once. He was pulling a trailer with a deer stand on it. The wheeler and the trailer feel into the ruts left by a stuck frontend loader, each rut was about 2'wide and 3' deep. A sp700 would have got'n stuck.

I have a prairie 300. I will tell you what I see is better about the mag.
selectable 2/4 wheel drive
low range is much better (lower)
better tires
same speed

I don't own a 325 Mag but I do own a 00 325 TrailBoss and they have the same motor on them. If you are on a bugdet buy a used 325 mag and call RCR. Order the bigbore kit that will punch it out to 414cc. He also has a cam kit available for this engine. Then you will not have to worry about not having enough power.

If I can ever convince my wife I need more power I'd be getting my 325TBoss done. For now she says it is fast enuff. I keep telling her "I need mo power!" then she just gives me the look, and any man that is or was married knows what I am talking about.

I'm a proud of a 325 4x4. I have done mudding and haven't had a problem. I was in a mud pit and almost hit a tree. I stopped and backed up in the mud no problem. Speed is great. Off of two suskies, a gps and a sportsman speedomtor, i did 55 mph. That wasn't even full throtal. LOLz. Http://www.yahoo.com/articzap/ thats a link to my site. Have fun muddin.

The web site is www.rittercycle.com but for the 325 parts you will have to call him. The website has not been updated with the 325 parts. Call Rick at RCR at (618) 644-3211 and ask any questions.

By the way my dealer said they would charge around $150 for labor of installing the bigbore kit.

They have an ad in the back of Dirt Wheels that now says $425 (I think) INSTALLED!

What it means is you send your stock jug and they send you one back that has been bored out and already has the new sleeve pressed into it. Then it is up to you to put her back together. I think the price is now around $435 and that comes with all the gaskets too. He also has a cam kit available.
