what % of stopping is back brake?

Default what % of stopping is back brake?

my wifes 2000 magum is still having problems ,now we are on to the rear brakes.just replaced the pads and bled the front nad rears. but after this it still doesn't seem to stop half as good as the fronts? i can't figure it out any ideas? or is this whe way it is supposed to be? i know on my sp it seems to be this way.

The sportsman is 60 front, 40 rear all on one lever.

60/40 is what I always heard too. That's why you can brake backing downhill without flipping it. The brake pads won't wear out at the same time either. I usually have about half left on the front pads when the rears wear out (or is that the other way around?).
