Hi. I just bought a Quest 650 and hardly ran it yet.

I have ridden the traxter and its a great machine but it backfires a lot. Its really loud to. I was just wondering from those who know about the 650 quest does it backfire to.

Also how is the engine compaired to the traxters. Does the bike feel more sporty then the traxter. Is the engine very smooth.

Also i just read a review about the big bores. It compaired the Polaris 700, Yamaha Grissly, Kawasaki, Quest. The quest got last place but i dont think it was a bike designed for the riders testing them. They were little stick people.

I have driven the new grissly and it feels dangerous. I hit the front brakes and it just nosedived. The polaris is Junk. My friends 700 is constently over heating and he needs a new transfer case because it wont switch from 2 to 4wd.

The quest is in my opinion the most solid built bike that will last the longest. That is what i want. I dont want a bike like the grissly that can be so fun but fall apart. I know what im talking about to i owned only yamahas and after 1998 they started to skimp on quality. Now there just peices of plastic put together with the lightest weakest aluminum holding it together.

So thanks and please answer the backfiring question honestly.
