help with handguards

i've got renthal 400ex bend handlebars with renthal grips.what kind of handguards do i need to get. do i have to order them for a 400ex and custom mount them or what.

umm, i dont know the answer to your question but i have a question to the guys wit 300 and 400ex's, which hand gaurd should i get that gives my hand enough room to use the clutch smoothly? thanx for your answers

i know a guy who knows a guy (sorry lol) who has renthal bars and acerbis rally 2 handguards. their sweet lookin and i'm getting a set for christmas.

Yeah, I went the cheap way with the Maier XC guards. They're like the Acerbis ones, but half the price. They don't fit on the front brake side too well and I busted one of the bar inserts. The brake res is in the way. I had to fab a aluminum piece that would get them out far enough away from the res. The Acerbis ones come with extenders, so they clear the res. My friend has them on his 400ex, and they are sweet. The red even matches the 400ex. I'm also going to be getting a pair in the future.
