I just read today in the new Dirtwheels that yamaha is making a team. The team will have a yz400f powered quad in a leagers frame as well as some other quads. The team is not factory backed yet they are trying to get support.

 

I hope they come out with something soon. As much as I love my Yamahammers, it looks like Honda's about to get my business for a 400ex.

 

There have been 3 yz400 quads running in the pace stadium series. I watched them kick butt last weekend in Anahiem. I think the two of the riders are Tim Farr and Doug Gusst(not sure of spelling).

If you want one check out www.rathracing.com they will build you one for MX or TT. They have pics too man is that thing sweet. Just wish they would bult it from the factory but I doubt they would use that great geometry off the 250R.

 

A new quad from Yamaha is coming out! I was talking to a owner of an aftermarket dirt bike/atv shop and he has already seen part numbers for aftermarket exhaust and other pieces. The quad should be out this fall.
