Is this carb really worth it? will the 400ex start better in cold weather due to the new carb? does it increase both top and low end? Thanks

No experience with that carb. on the EX, but put one on an XR400 a few years ago and was a night and day difference through the bottom and top end. It was in the summer and it was a customers bike, so I don't know about it's performance in cold weather.

Why spend that much on a carb...... Send your stocker to Curtis Sparks Racing. They will bore it for $175.00. Just a thought if you would like to save some bucks for something else.

Check out their web site.
