Just wanted to let those who dont already know that the Dynojet kit is now available. Mine starts much easier and accelerates very clean from bottom to top. Works excellent with the Pro Circuit pipe, killer power but a little to loud. Dyno Jet part numberQ210

Where do you get it and how much did it cost. Did you put them in yourself or is it something that requires special tools.

Bear, got my HMF on and going to put the dyno-jet in this week. QUESTION, did you follow the installation instruction's to a tee, or did you have to vary a little, reason I ask is here in East Tn, the air temp is hot and humid in the summer and I ride at 1400-3000 ft. above sea level, and everyone here that put the D.J. kit in any quad or motorcycle say that the main jet size's they say to use in the instruc. are to rich. the needle's are so aggresive than you have to keep going down on the main's to clean ot up. I would appreciate your advise, as I'm going to install it this week, and want to try and get it right the first time and not have to tear back into it.

Hi Stakk.
I have used dynojet kits in everything I have owned over the years with great success. I ride bacically at sea level but have ridden at the Utah atv jamboree as high as 12,500 feet using the settings it says on the instruction sheet provided by Dynojet and have had great luck. I think I would do as they say and see how it works for you, its easy to change just the main jet if you need to. Luvinmy650, The kit installs with basic hand tools and retail price is around $60.00. It is money well spent.

I'm considering the power up kit with the dynojet and K&N filter. I don't want a loud pipe so I'll be using the stock one. Will I see much benefit? Also where have others drilled holes for the airbox on the prairie?

You will feel the difference, but not as much with the pipe also, if you drill 8-10 1 inch holes in the lid put the Uni-vents in you can jet up enough to feel a good power increase, these quad's must have alot of airflow to really wake them up, just be sure to jet rich enough.

Thanks Danny, I will get the jet kit. Where is the best (cheapest) place to get the kit, and where can I find the UNI vent kit? I'm not sure if I want the K&N though because I heard that they don't filter as well as a foam oiled filter. Does the uni filter flow as good?

for the jet kit, try highlifter.com or hmfengineering.com, if your dealer doesn't have the uni-vent's Dennis kirk.com does they are little1 inch inserts that go minto thr hloes after they are drilled they have foam inside then to keep water out. I don't thinf uni has a air filter out yet but you can get a Twin-Air at Rocky Mountain atv for 20 buck's, thats what I have in mine with the jet kit and the HMF pipe.
