Im running a pro-x 310 kit and wanted to run alcohol. i currently have a 39 pwk carb running 100 LL. Is converting the carb to alcohol something i could do. I was also intrested in the powerjet mod.

you will need the power jet to get enought alky through the carb. if you have never done this i would buy one all ready set up because it will be cheaper that fixing a stuck engine. it takes special needle,float needle and other parts. get one with a power jet that has a adjustment **** so you can change the mixture with out changing the jet in the power jet. this makes it easy for tuning. also rember you must flush the engine out with gas/oil mixture every time you put the quad away to prevent corrosion to the aluminum parts and you must seal the gas tank vent so the alky does not pick up water from the air. running alky is not as easy as it seems. i have run it in race cars,sleds,mico migets and go karts.
