Jetting Specs for a HPD pipe on a scrambler?

I'm fixin' to get in a RCR stage 1 kit, What jets should I use? I was just going to go with the 260 main jet and the 30 pilot jet. I'm not really sure how to change the needle jet, is it hard, and do I need to do it? I have a 2001 Scrambler 400 2x4, I live in Dallas Texas, and I think we're near sea lever. Thanks!
