Pro-Peg's and GYT-R Brake lever?
#1
Just curious if anyone has run into a problem trying to fit this brake lever with pro-peg nerfs? I think that there is some adjustment in the brake lever, but doesn't seem like enough. I don't really want to grind into the new brake lever or the pro-pegs. Thanks!

Hey ZRWhat...how do you like the billet shifter? How does it mount? How do you adapt the existing linkage off of the stock shifter onto the billet one? Is there a shifting improvement? In short, is it worth it? Please let me know, as I would like to put one of these onto my Raptor. Thanks.

The shifter is pretty nice, especially if you wear MX boots! It mounts using stock hardware with the exception of a new linkage piece. The new linkage piece is the same as stock except that it has a threaded end that bolts to the new shifter. The billet shifter does allow for more adjustability which is key if you wear boots. It also has a little larger end, so its easier to make quick up or down shifts. Lets not forget the cool factor, its definitely cool! I'd say its worth it.

I notched my right Pro-peg to clear the stock brake lever. I took a hacksaw and removed the bottom 20% of the tube just enough to clear the lever. Before doing that I couldn't get enough adjustment to loosen up the brake.
