I got a lowering kit for my 400ex for Christmas. I was wondering if I could put it on myself or do I have to have a professional to do it? I have a front and rear kit and I'm really anxiouse to put it on. Any help or tips would be greatly appreaciated.

Another question is that my friend gave me his old swaybar off his 88 250R It's basiclly new he just wanted a better looking one. I want to know if it will work on my 400.
