I got an FMF Powercore IV2 for Christmas along with a K&N Filter and Jet Kit. I have a 148 main in now and the new needle with the clip on the fourth slot down. My quad cuts out in the air if I don't stay on the gas over jumps, what does this mean? Could my jetting be wrong? What jetting are you guys running on your warriors? Thanks

My warrior done this when I just bought it. It was incorrect float adjustment. When you jump the gas in the bowl will go to the top, then you have a little airspace down there where the jet is. I adjusted my float to allow more gas in the bowl. On yours I don't know since you have all those mods, mine was stock at the time.I may have explained this wrong but when I adjusted my float it quit cutting out in the air.

The warrior kit is sappose to have a dj-136 main with the white cup that was on the stock main taken out.
If you put the dj-136 in, c-clip on forth slot and 2.5 turns out on the air fuel mixture screw, you should be running rich, you may want to leave it that way untill winter is over or start going down on the main size untill you get a good plug read.
Check your float hieght when replacing main, also insure your accellerator pump is working properly.
