Trying to decide which reeds to get. Right now I have the boyeseen dual stage and am not real impressed with them over stock. I here that the carbon tech reeds are real durable and hold up well for carbon. Anyone using the Active or others please give your imput.

I have found that the reeds themselves really dont give you a whole lot more power. I think you will find that quality carbon fiber reads do last longer than cheaper fiberglass brands though. I am curently running The delta V force in my banshee and that was the first reed mod that I have made that made much of a difference.

Are these reeds for the Blaster?

I have the V-Force on my Banshee, and they gave a good seat of the pants increase.

On my son's Blaster, we have used the stock reeds, Boyesen Power Reeds, and are currently running the Boyesen Super Stock carbon fiber reed, set up with a high tension setup of our mechanics.

The high tension setup we have uses an older set of stock reeds that have been cut off to 3/4", and placed on top of the Super Stock reeds, and then secured in place with the Boyesen reed stop. With this setup, we don't use the factory reed stop.

I suspect that the best choice would probably be the V-Force for the Blaster.
