Rancher tire upgrade. too big???

I have just purchased a new Rancher ES 2wd. I have ordered a pair of ITP Spidertrak Tires for the rear, size 25-13.5x10.... The stock tires are 11" wide. My question is, will the tires fit with no rubbing? And are they too wide, as to throw dirt,debris and mud on me???
