can these front wheel bearings be replaced with sealed units

u think the bearings could be the cause of my front end "squealing"? .. it's not bad, and not always there..... got me..

I own a 300 2WD and there is a strange knoocking sound round the diff. Any ideas what it could be. If it is a wheel bearing are they hard to replace?
