Dudes! I just got my new winch today and mounted it this evening. I waited about a month for it, but it's on there now! I just had to try it out, so I hooked it on to the bumper of my Dodge 1500 and put the parking brake on (on the CAT). That thing has so much torque, that it started to pull my CAT toward the truck!! Awesome!

Eyecat, I have the U2500 which has the Warn twist type switch, which is connected to the winch. I have to mount it on the front rack soon.

Has anyone purchased or seen the new Superwinch with the remote control? That looks like a slick setup. Off Topic... does anyone else have trouble starting a new topic? I was going to post this question as a new topic but couldn't get logged in to do so. Obviously I am logged in now but if I click on New Topic it sends me to the login page, and if I try to login it says "Login Successful" and goes back to the login page, to start over again. But I can reply without any trouble. Any ideas? Thanks Rob

Re: your problems trying to post a new topic or reply to a message. I had a similar problem earlier this evening. I traced my problem back to the security settings I use in IE6. I have it set to not accept almost all cookies. Once I eased up restrictions for this forum, everything worked ok.
