my buddys mojave has a warped head and it looks like it will need to be shaved a little. He has a wiseco 11.5:1 piston and he was planning on getting some race cams like I wanted. With the head being shaved will there be danger of the valves hitting the piston? Thanks alot

 

Whata are you talking about? The head of the Piston or the head of the head?

 

The cylinder head, I was just saying he has a 11.5:1 piston. Sorry for the confusion.

 

I think that it might raise the compression a little bit. I had my valves rounded at the top so that it would increase air flows and get more exhaust gas out quicker.
