Well I have talked about this before but this time I need some real help. My friends 250r piston shattered a while ago and now he has the money to fix his quad so we are going to strip it down and do it. What I need is some step by step instructions on the process we should take while doing this. Also, anything we should be careful or aware about. Remember the piston shatered so any problems that would be associated with that you should take into acount.

I know there are some real smart people out there when it comes to this so I am relying on you for your help. This Forum is the best, so let's see how good it really is!

Thanks

A good repair manual would make this task much easier. A $40 manual can save you alot of time and money.
