Hey every one,

I just picked up a new 2001 Scrambler 500 4x4, had a few questions for the group. What oil filter is everyone using? I do not really think it is worth buying the $10 polaris filter, expecially if there is a Wix that will work. Also is anyone running Mobil synthetic 0-30W instead of the Polaris synthetic 0-40W oil. Thanks for the replys in advance.

 

I use Mobil One 0w-30 with a Fram 6607 filter. There is nothing wrong with a Fram but you can cross reference that to a Wix if you like.
