I was pulling into my local 4 wheeler repair shop, and in the back of a pickup pulling out was a 3 wheeler that he converted to a 2 wheeler. I ask the shop owner who it was, he didn't know his name. But he said he took an old Honda (didn't know which one) and made his own swing arm and put one wide rear wheel on the back. I never herd of this. But I think it's a cool idea. Has anyone here ever done this? Any pictures anywhere?

NO I haven't, But what a Cool idea!! I think the Yamaha TRI-Z would be a great canidate for such a project. Yamaha did make a two-wheeled Fat tired bike, I think it was called"Big Wheel" and I think it was a 200cc four-stroke.

This was a common mod back in the late 80's. The kit used to be advertised in 3wheel magazines. The 85,86R was the bike of coice for the conversion. Check the pic below.
