I am considering a locker in my 02 Kodiak. I'm sure its not a walk in the park, but how difficult is it to install one. I know its more difficult to steer in 4wd, but what about when i take it out of 4wd. Is it worth the time and money? Any input would be appreciated.

Just bringing this back up. Someone has to know. My main concern is the steering. I'm usually only in 4wd in the mud so if the tires are only locked in 4wd i want one. I don't if they are still locked in 2wd. I just don't know much about diff's.

I just bought a Kodiac 02. Let me know if you can do that. I`m interested. By the way, how`s that machine? I'll get mine in two weeks.
