My Brother Is A Numbnuts!
#1
He loaded up his 2000 Big Bear soon to lose it off the trailor at about 60 mph. Bent his handlebars, bent his back rack, and tore his front diff. up. It jerked the front drive shaft along with a chunk of the gearbox out. I need to know where he could possibly find a used front gearbox. Any input one a used one or maybe a good price on a new one would be greatly appreciated.

Try Mids cycle salvage (http://www.cyclsalv.com/) they have found me hard to find and dont charge alot. I got my whole kx250 tranny for $300 and a cylinder for a friends tecate-3. If they dont have it, they can and usually do find it for you.

Quick everyone with a Big Bear lock that baby up. The salvage market may be calling on you for a part they need to fill an order from 02Kodiak's brother. LOL.
Sorry to hear about his troubles. I once was behind a truck pulling a stock car. The truck pulled out from a traffic light and the stock car didn't. Rolled right off the back crushing the back end of the car. Lucky for them it didn't roll and hit another car. Your brother is in fine company.

Hey that's not bad. There was a guy who works for the same company I do that lost a Honda 400 Forman off a trailer, and out of the back of a pick-up ON THE SAME DAY!!!
Now that's something to be ashamed of. At least it was the same quad both times, and not two different ones though.
