Not tring to be rude but did you ever think that you don't have it installed right? Just wondering because I have never had a problem with mine coming loose and I beat my raptor hard.

You should have a C-clip on the outside of the nut (toward the tire) sitting in a groove. If you can not see the groove, spin the lock nut till you can. Once the C-clip is on spin the lock-nut so that it expands and will push itself against the c-clip and brake rotor. Tighten as much as possible then screw in the set screw good and tight.

the durablue locknut is a piece of junk, I can get mine tight (using locktite on the small hex screw)and it might even last a couple of weekends but it always seems to come loose. you'll find plenty of other users here with the same problem, its a poor design, i think you can get a rad lock for it, not sure but i dont think you can install it wrong, if i remember it only goes on one way

Well then they must have the opposite of ISO 9001, I got the 1 good one and 9000 other people got bad ones.
