I'm looking to buy some titan 589's for my 400 4x4 prarie and would like to use the stock aluminum wheels. The sizes offered are 12x8x12 (stock size) and 12x10x12. I would like the 10" wide but am not sure If they can be wedged on a 6" wide front wheel. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.......

DaveC you can put the 10' tire on a 6' wheel with no problems. Ive got the 27-12-12 Vampires on some 12x7 ITP wheels and they are fine. Also I had a grizzly and put 26-12-12 vamps on the stock rims and they were 12x7.

I would think so. I have 10.5" tires mounted on stock 6.5" rims and they came that way from the factory. I would figure that 2 inches of overhang wouldn't hurt anything. They would also keep the inside of your rims from getting all dinged up. My rims still look fine, because the tires balloon out from the rim.
