Ok Im planning on buying a Grizzly. But see I like to Jump and go threw Mud, and creeks, and my raptor doesnt do that except jump. So this is what I like to do, creeks-and very deep creeks, Hills, Mud-and muddy trails, Jumps but not like motocross jumps just like ones on top of hills and some little gaps,But what I like to do the most would probably Hills, and creeks, and mud. So should I sell my raptor and get a grizz? Or should I just keep raptor. Im thinking I should go with the grizz because most of the stuff I do its rite for the grizzly and not the raptor. WHAT DO U THINK I SHOULD DO?????? HELP!!!!

THANKS AND PLEASE RESPOND KEVIN

sounds to me you are getting out of the sport quad phase. I think you would be much happier with the grizz than the raptor. It doesn't sound like you do anything that a raptor could do that a grizz couldn't.

I had a Raptor that I sold for the Grizz. Some days I regret it, other I don't. The Grizz is very very fast, no doubt about it. Jumps great as well, and I can wheelie this thing as far as i want...but the Raptor is simply way tooooo cool. To me, 4x4 are for teh older fat boys (don't flame me, I am one of them), and the Raptor banshee etc are for the hot dogs. I miss being a hot dog!! Still, if your riding likes are what you have described, you will be very pleased with the Grizz.

If you like the fast stuff but want to get into the mud maybe you should consider a sport 4x4 (if there is such a thing, just depends on the way that you look at things) Like a Wolverine or a Polaris. They are not perfect but you get alittle from both worlds. It's just a thought

We have heard a rumor that Yamaha is going to make yet another version of the 660, the new Wolverine 660. autoclutch 5 speed, 4x4, lighter and lower than the Grizz. Sounds right for you, and a couple of my friends too. To be out this summer to counter the Rincon with more Sport in the Sport Utility class. Bring it on.
