My AWD stopped working. No indicator light or power in the switch. Are there fuses that I just cannot find? Also there is no sputter of the motor to override when going fast in reverse.

Try fiddling with your shift lever. It may have some slack or be misadjusted.

Try messing with your ignition.Mine was doing that and all it was,was the key kept turning back just enough that the engine still ran but the AWD had no power.

I'm willing to bet it's your voltage regulator
You have a voltage regulator mounted in front of your radiator frame,it's on the left side(if your sitting on the bike).Best way to find it is...on your left front fender light, theres a wireing harness that plugs into the light, follow the wire(from the light) under the fender ,it goes right to the voltage regulator(about 8-10inches away from the light)It's mounted on the radiator brush guard
Its a thin 3x3inch black box
with 4 wires comeing out of it
Check those wires, make sure thier not broken or disconnected.

it could be as simple as a blowen light bulb in the AWD.It has to light up to complete the circut.
