I am finally getting serious about buying a quad. I'm only 15 so money is a huge problem. I am going to get a job soon but only min, wage I live in a pretty small town with acres and acres trails in the woods. I was wondering if a Honda Sportrax 250ex would be good. Now I weigh 160lbs and wondering if i should get a bigger one...but i might not be able to afford it

Any help is appreciated!

then if i were you id look into the following VERY EXTENSIVELY.... Yamaha Blaster, Kawasaki Lakota, Kawasaki Mojave, Polaris Trailblazer, and honda 250ex.. dont listen to everything people tell you on these boards about the different wheelers, you hear mojaves, trailblazers and blasters put down alot.. from riding all of these quads except the 250ex i can say this... Blaster lacks brakes. Mojave lacks suspension, Lakota lacks suspension, trailblazer (which i own) lacks clutch. if i were to go out and buy a brand new quad it would either be a Lakota or Trailblazer, with a little mods to either, they go great... i personally dont like blasters cause the size, they are VERY small i think but are a good machine relability wise (have 2 friends with them) for me though, just to small, i am 15 years old 5'10 and 175 pounds and feel cramped on them.. well, hope that helped. dont have to listen to me, just tryin to help
