today i woke up went riding, i get to the pit start screwing round, seein whos all there. anyways i see this guy on a 2000 warrior with a Dg Pipe and K&N powerkit. he asks me if i want to race on the logging road type thing, i say sure.. so we take off, i smoke him on the take off he catches up we keep going and he starts to pull away a lil bit, to make a long story short its about 200yards and he beat me by Maybe 2 bike lengths, if that..

another bike was there that i thought i had a chance at, 93 300ex.. I ask him to race. we take off, beat him on the start, he catches up 3rd gearish then i completly pin the throttle and beat him! he couldnt belive how fast the 250 TB was.

raced Yet another time, nother 300ex but this one was modded to hell and we start going, he ends up beating me but after the race he too was astounded that he actually had to have it wide open to pass me. out of the 3 bikes, the 2nd 300ex was the fastest and had the best rider i would say too..


well, that made my day!! i finally have respect over people at the pit!

When you say "pit" do you mean the one down by northfield?

 

naa, its called carters pit, its in cloquet, closest we have to dunes around here and the "pit" is pretty good sized
