hey guys, how's it going? I've already decided on a dale but I'm wondering if the ohlins on the speed are worth the money to upgrade to rather than buying the cannibal. are any of you guys who own the cannibal wishing that you would have spent the extra grand to get the speed or are the shocks on the cannibal pretty good? The cannibal comes with the hydo. clutch, right? Anyways, i'm thinking that the suspension will be my deciding factor. thanks for the info and keep up the good threads. later

Well keep in mind, some of the "older" cannibals with the exact same ohlin shocks the speed has are still out there and available for sale.
The speed is not worth the additional 1K if the ohlins are on the cannibal. And some of the cannibals will have the hydraulic clutch and some will not, you got to check for that. The ones apparently that are shipping now have the hydraulic clutch.

seminole powersports has a "c"with the hyd.clutch and the newer shocks(im not sure what they are)in lk.mary,fla.
your better off finding a"C"without the magura but with the ohlins(my opinion)
ohlins will upgrade your shocks to dual rate with res. for 350.00
and you'll still be ahead cashwise!such a deal!

The Speed has the Ohlin shocks, the newer Cannibals do not. The Speed has Tag handle bars, hydraulic clutch but so do the newer Cannibals, grip style seat. I think that's all the differences.

The shocks and the higher rev limit are worth the extra G to me. Did u say the cannibal has the tags as well?

No, the Speed has the Tag's, not the Cannibal.
