tonight i decided to put on my Outlaws (26x10x12) front.
i tried a 2" spacer on one side- the tire hits the fender with the wheel turned.
i tried NO spacer on the other side- the tire is less than 1/4" from hitting the steering arm BUT it does not hit the fender with the wheel turned.

What Should I DO?

(is there such a thing as a 1" spacer?)

I Need your advice guys...........please help!

Yes you can get a 1" spacer from High Lifter. You can also try moving the floor boards back an inch or so.

 

thanks for the info Hairback357. i'm shocked i've had this post up for a week and i've only had ONE response. i wonder if that means i'm the only one around installing aftermarket tires on a 700!?!
BTW, i see you own a 'big, bad boy' 700 yourself. did you know that polaris uses Thread Lock on the log nuts? it's a bitch to get them off!

I would leave out the spacers for they put more stress on the wheel bearings. From the looks of the 700's the front wheels are already off-set quite a bit. I had the same trouble with my mud-runners on stock wheels. I wish Polaris would put the arm down lower and inside the wheel like others.
