Leave it to honda to keep turning out the same stuff year after year, they don't care what you want. They build a hell of a machine, unforunately they have never matched their previouos success from 17 years ago. I'm talking racing machines here, so no need to rant about the rock solid utes, I don't much care.

 

Honda should of made the 400ex faster and the 250ex faster or better engines for both.

 

Graphics look the same to me! They hit a new low here.

 

Why should they make them faster? They (at least) were selling fine.. Why would they make the 250 faster/bigger? Are you forgetting about the mid class honda? 300ex??

 

becuz the 250ex is not the fastes entry levl machine rite now.and the 400ex isnt the fastes race atv yet either

 

AHH, so you mean just make the 250 faster than the other "250" class machines.. Honda isn't going to make the 400 faster, I'd put money on it. No reverse, either. I still believe the only reason it doenst have reverse is so they can sell the 300ex's,.

 

Yeah but im talking about hte 250ex losing to entry level machines.Its like one of the slowest entrylevel machine.They should make the reverse easier on the 300ex then it will be perfect

 

But the 300ex will still sell if they make the 400ex faster cause its at a good price,all they got to do is fix the reverse.The 250ex is perfect but it needs more speed,the blaster is an exsample,it can smoke a 250ex.

 

I wasn't aware the 250ex was one of the slowest beg. quads.. They way everybody talks about them, you'd think they were made of gold. I recently bought a 300ex for my gf, and did the usual research on mid-level sport quads. I had lots of people telling me to get a 250ex, they were "great" and "plenty fast" . LOL, whatever. The only real choices we had were a Blaster or a 300ex.. I felt 4700 bucks was a little steep for it, but I knew it would last forever, so its what I got her. I like the 400ex, its a awesome quad, but I really don't see Honda changing it. Honda isn't really in the performance game anymore, they are shooting for reliability in everything.
