From what I read kawasaki and suzuki merged. but from the looks of the pictures on the site in the above link it looks like they merged with honda and yamaha LMAO!! 400ex shocks and a arms, raptor plastic, tires and pipe

Its either this quad or the Baja DS650 and the 650 costs an arm, a leg and a kidney.
I think its going to be pretty awesome. Its not really meant to compete with the big bore sport quads but it will trounce the small guys.
