Top Speed On 2002 Big Bear 400 2WD

I have a 2002 Big Bear 2WD with 18 miles, it sounds like it's going to blow at 35 MPH is that the top speed are is something wrong.

help please

It's not suggested to run full throttle during the breakin of a new machine. Double check your speedo cable to make sure it is tight common problem from dealer to customer on delivery for some reason. Does it have a high low range? Also do not trust the speedo they are not accurate actually your going slower.

Thank's sense it is new I didn't want to run it that hard but 35MPH is really slow I will check the cable I can't find a high are low on it.

doesn't matter the speed really. it says half throttle an 3/4 throttle. just read te owners manula and it will tell you the proper way to do everything.
