first off this is a pretty nice cannibal for sale, but this brings up a good point. When I was looking to buy my speed there was a used one about an hour away. It had all the some nice goodies...nerfs, carbon fiber beadlocks, holeshot xct's, two months old all for $7400. Well I was gonna buy cause I figured that if anything went wrong in four months it would be under warrenty and that was a big selling point for him. Well right before I left I called cannondale to confirm this and they said "no, the warrenty is only valid for the original owner, no exceptions!"

Needless to say I said no, the guy was pissed and I had to pay for a new one. Just thought I would mention this along with the link to a nice cannibal.

BTW I emailed this guy and let him know that he might want to edit his auction.

Wow, I had no idea the warranty would not transfer, that's good to know, maybe not, mine's out of warranty anyway!!
