Rancher ES nutral safety switch override

Ok folks, I want to override the nutral safety switch on my Rancher ES. Has anyone done it. Please reply with details.
If not, look for future posting from me on procedure. I have done it on my Bayou 220 and love the ability to start the darn thing while in gear.
next time your stuck on a hill in gear and the engine dies, you will understand the reason to bypass the nutral safety switch.
