TRX250X Rear carrier bearings and seal removal?
#2
I've never done it on a 250X, but from what I read in here, clean it first, pull the seals out with a seal puller (available at auto parts stores for around $5), then put it in the oven at 250 degrees for about a half hour, and the bearings will literally fall out.
When you go to put the new ones in, place the carrier in the oven again, and the bearings in the freezer. They will drop right in.
