Depends on the type of riding your into, If you will be on the tracks racing you should stick with the blaster. If your just having fast fun in the woods Id go with the trail blazer. You get more for your money, like disk breaks and plusher suspension. Yes the blaster is faster and lighter and better suited for racing (if thats the type of riding you do) but the way I see it you get more bike for the money with Blazer. Also if your a big 14 you will feel more comfortable on the bigger blazer. hope it helps!

Oh yea, I forgot to mention the Trail blazer looks better too... holds 4 gallons gas, has electric start, back up starter, reverse (very handy), concentric drive, 55 watt light, disk breaks (real breaks) lots of stuff for the same money. Main draw back....it weighs more. :-)

They are bolth good quads. I am assuming you are under 180 pounds and about 5' 10" to fit the Blaster. I have seen a trailblazer in action, and I ride my Blaster.

The trailblazer is a great trail quad for cruising. The suspension is plush and smooth. Brakes are good, but are a one hand type thing and not the hot setup for aggressive riding. It's a little underpowered, the auto-tranny sucking a lot of the 250cc away. But it is easy to ride. It's large and handles well, but a friend says that it's front heavy. Speaking of heavy, it's a tank and does not like to leave the ground.

The Blaster, on the other hand, is a lot lighter. The suspension is stiff and not at all plush. But on the upside, it does like to fly. It's hard to compare and auto-tranny to a 6 speed, but the Blaster is faster. Speaking of fast, the Blaster small frame makes it twitchy at high speed. But that same small frame makes it really fun in tight areas and really easy to flick in the air. The brakes on the blaster are poor, but they do work.
The Blaster is a kick start, but nobody ever complains as it normally fires up on the second kick.

I guess this all depends on what you want to do. If you like to cruise, go Trailblazer. But if you are more aggressive, go Blaster.

I should also point out that there is a ton of aftermarket parts available for the Blaster. But way too few for the Trailblazer. Shame.

I say trailblazer unless you just want a little quad to race only. The Trailblazer is strong all the way with the exception of weight. If you Trailride, do yourself a favor a get the Blazer, I think you'll be happer. It has what you can't buy for the Blaster. They are 2 totally different machines.

The reason I have a strong opinon on this is not because I own a Polaris. But, for the common ride, it is more capible. The 4-WL brakes can be changed and it can be faster than a Blaster. That means it can go farther into Blaster territory. That isn't true for the Blaster. There are enough MODS to make it eat a Blaster alive, it's better built and a better all around quad.
The Boss is the only choice if you want 4-stroke.

Hope u get what's best 4 u, R satisfied & above all, have fun. LET US KNOW!!!
