I know alot of you wanted to see more pictures of the '03s . New color, Options and add on's etc. So I found these on Arctic Cat's web site and put them in a album in my picture link for all to see! Hope you enjoy them
One of the things I really like is the Heavy Duty front bumper
Just click on my pictures below and open the Misc.'03 album

That red 500 with all the accesories looks wicked, I wish those were the stock tires on the 500 and that bumper should be stock. The flag ship model needs to be different from the 400s some how.

Speaking of the red one. What do you guys think about the wheels? I'm sure they are just chromed steel but they almost look like a polished aluminum. I love the looks of that beefy bumper.I hope it is as functional as it looks!

I think the tires are a good alternative to the stockers. The rims look pretty nice, might not be durable though. Unless they are polished. The bumper is cool looking but it doesn't extend to the sides, just the middle. Also does the bumper have some sort of area where you can attach a tow strap to? If all of this was available for $250 extra or even on the standard package on the 500's then I would upgrade my current 500i.

The new rims are lighter weight chromed steel, the 2003 wheels will not fit a 2002 or older. They have a chrome wheel available for the previous models. They also have new bumper options and they have a winch mount kit that you can buy seperately that has two places for tow hooks. You can see some pictures uner the AC site under Parts And accessories. It's still the 2002 version but they'll update it to the 2003 catolog very soon.

Powersport, I'm curious as to why you say that the 2003 wheels wo'nt fit the 02's? looks as if it the same wheel as on my 500i only chromed!

CrazyCat, AC changed the wheels, the new ones don't have rubber caps and the wheels don't have a hole in the center to go over your axle nut. I have a new 2003 PGA ( Parts, Garment and Accessory ) catolog that I got from the dealer show and it says that they only fit 2003's. Sorry.

Powersport, The 02 400i's and the 500i's came with the hubbless wheels you are talking about! Any doubt? just click on my photos below for a look.
I don't know why the catalog would say that the wheels will only fit the 03's unless they changed the lug pattern spacing, I dont think they would do that.
