Bent Tie Rod on Honda 300 4x4
#2
You don't straighten a bent tie-rod....you replace it.
It takes just over 30 minutes to replace the tie-rod if an alignment is needed, which is most likely since you hit something hard enough to bend the rod.
Check your steering stem as well. Most hits to the tie-rod will bend the steering stem attachment where the rod end bolts on.
As for price..itr will vary from dealer to dealer. If you are unsure about doing it yourself, take it to your dealer and have him look at it and give you an estimate for parts and repairs.
