I've had my vison 3 months and like alot of you in this forum I had problems shifting. Something that worked for me is to lower the idle speed. I slowed it down and it shifted great, then I took it to the dealer to get a winch and plow put on. When I got it home it wouldn't shift again, so I adjusted the idle and it's been great ever since. I just thought I'd share it and see if it would help anybody else. If it works for you let me know. Good luck!!
