Tranny vent and Air Box

Would there be any benefit running the tranny vent to the air box? I was thinking that if you did this, with the correct valves and such, you might be able to pressurize the intake system and get some of the benefits of a turbo charger.

Any thoughts?

i think it might work . you would have 2 vents the existing one with1 way valve into the trany case and anothe one to the air box with another one way valve good idea!

That might work but it would be hard to get the jetting right. You would have to put in a larger jet to keep from going too lean with the extra air. But when you were off the throttle you would be running too rich. Get fuel injection first but you may start to see dollar signs running faster than your quad!

asfor the carb jetting i have the oct\nov issue of snowtechmagazine on page 50 they explaine how somebody could get over this technicality by properly venting the carb
