Guys, I apologize for desecrating this hallowed board, but I need some help. I am getting ready to go riding with some friends of mine this week, but before we can go, they need to adjust their valves on their 2000 Big Bear 400. If anyone out there has any information concerning the valve settings, it would be most appreciated. I tried the Yamaha board, but they are too busy talking about the problems with the 660. Well, sorry to say I can't help you. However, my father in law has the same machine and we are gonna do this soon, too. We are going to get a Clymer's for it 1st. You may think of picking one of these up to help you.

 

I have an old Yami 100 and I set the intake .006 in. and ex .004 in I talked to a service manager and he said they were about the same for most. (we also have an 80 cc Yami)
