when is polaris releasing the 2003's

Why is it there always the slowest. Has anyone heard of any new machines. If they were smart the'd be the first to come out with a 700 twin, 5 speed tranny with visco lock like on the RMK, then they'd have a winner oh ya and upted there reliability and durability.
