Anyone else having a problem?
I love my wheeler but if I did'nt have a welder and mechanical skill's I could'nt afford it.

Is it cracked by the motor mounts? I was told that you have to reinforce the welds with small pieces of steel to make it stronger! my friend had the same problem and reinforced it and it never cracked again.

 

Tinkerman, if you have any questions about welding I can help. Just give me some detais about your welder and I can give you some pointers if you like. Such as what wire or rod to use and different gases. How to get it so that the inside has a nice smooth bead and what to watch for.

 

I cracked mine where the bar the oil tank (500) meats the main frame bottom rail. I ride it harder than most do though... Welded her up and off again. Where are yall having problems?

 

I once had a problem with the frame
breaking I kept taking it to a motorcross
track and kept jumping the really really
really high jumps. And once I jumped in the
air about 15 foot and landed which just about broke
everything (including me).
