best set up for a warrior .

Front and Rear razrs or holeshots on douglas or itp 190's. Works dual rates at steelers, ac or gradon nerfs, either Fmf or Wb pipe both are good quality leave the header alone. Flip your front rims and go w/ 20x11x10 on the back. Setups are just like speed how good/fast you wanna be.

Track/trail?..okay here we go:
1)Tires...stockers are the worst...ITP holeshot XCR's will stop the rollie polie feel.
2)White Bros. E-series pipe...depending wether you want more lowend or not I would also recommend the Tourqe stuffer.
3)Handle bars...stock suck...new bars will get you and keep you off the seat. i use TAG Pro taper CR high bend.
4) Widen it. Option A. +2 a-arms/ and axle Option B. Durablu wheel spacers. Option C. Off-set rims....i use option B&C The Raptor offset works nice. i don't recommend spacers if you are going to be doing alot of BIG (4ft+) jumps
5)Steering stabilizer...denton makes a good affordable stabilizer...less fatigue,more riding
6)GYT-R clutch perch for YZ400...remove the stock crap...e-brake and all. should you brush against a tree or flip...the wire harness from the stock will brake and leave you stuck.
Must have to ride track:
1)Nerf bars
2) Kill switch
3) Number plates
Must have for trails:
1)Handguards...acerbis with ATV adapter
2)PRM skid plates all around
any of this stuff will make you ride harder and faster revealing other problems. when your warrior heats up from work
1)your clutch and engine share the same oil when it heats up the clutch fades making shifting tougher as you go on...FST makes an oil cooler that bolts on. I want.
2)The front shocks...alot of people hate them...i think they would be pefect if they did'nt fade quicker than the clutch. works dual rates are affordable and adequite. the rear is fine...but if you have the money... bye-bye.

Yes you can get offset rims i was just giving you some diff. choices since you didnt say if you were on a budget of not. You can flip the front rims the only thing is you have to flip the valve stem to, i have douglas flipped rims w/ no problems whatsoever.

White Brothers E-series...The only choice for the warrior. interchangable disc's make it tunable for what ever type of gains your looking for.

I second everything Raptor660RNH said, because I got most of it and it works well. The E-Series pipe makes the most power, the WB Torque Stuffer adds to the bottom. With your new air filter and pipe you will need to re-jet; Dynojet is the easiest way to do it. More power equals more heat, so FST oil cooler kit and +1 on the front sprocket for a little extra boost. Maxxis Razr's on Douglas rims (Douglas made in USA, ITP made in Korea). I went with a MSR Raptor clutch lever and perch for better feel and it's only about $30.
